Planning and Preparation of the ARC Submission Form
Step 1. 

The primary guide for modifications to homes in HRP is the HRP Architectural Standards & Resolutions.  Homeowners should refer to this document (see below) to determine what modifications to their homes require an application to, and approval by, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and to discover what modifications are acceptable in the community.

Step 2.
Review the "Checklist" documents (see below) as appropriate:


HRP ARC Fencing Guidelines/Checklist
HRP ARC Patio Cover Guidelines/Checklist
HRP ARC Pool Guidelines/Checklist

HRP ARC Trellis/Arbor Guidelines/Checklist

Step 3.
Complete the "ARC Application" (see below) and attach detailed specifications, heights, materials, color, elevations, and a site survey or site plan as applicable showing location.

Step 4.
Sign the Form and present one (1) copy of the submittal to:

Incomplete or illegible submittals will be returned to the homeowner.
