Happy Summer! The pool code is here! The pool Wifi password is on that page too.
Good News! Security cameras are now installed at the pool. Signs are up now! Cameras will only be accessed by your HRP Board if/when there is either vandalism or a security breach. Please keep in mind that putting pool equipment in the pool (lounge chairs, etc.) is not allowed even at parties. Any activity against pool rules will result in the HRP board accessing cameras to see violators.
Thank you for taking our survey on neighborhood pool area improvements. You all gave very valuable feedback. We are reviewing results.

As more residents head outdoors, please make sure any pet owners are cleaning up after their dogs. Let's let it be enjoyable for all!
The purpose of the HRP HOA board is to maintain a unique sense of place, aesthetics and beauty, where landscaping and architectural controls are in place to ensure uniformity. Abiding by the standards will help to enhance your property, while complementing the community as a whole. The HRP board works to ensure standards that keep property values from being diluted. Structural design standards preserve the appearance, while complying with local laws. The HRP board also works with the City of Plano to ensure the best in our parks and streets in uniformity and safety. Neighborhood events encourage this uniformity and success. Working together, we can keep HRP the best place to live!
